A few days before in our global projects, we got the best Team ACE award. I am also one of the recipients of the team, and I also got an email regarding this. What are the benefits of getting an ACE award. Do we get any hike or fixed amount else nothing like it's just for an appreciation only. Kindly let me know if anyone has knowledge about this.

It gets counted. There is a metric in the moderation which says what ace awards are given.
They give this just to make you feel good. Don’t fall for this. Try to put your extra efforts in finding a better job
You will get reward points, which you can Reedem to buy giftcards but this is also taxable. So this is like a consolidation prize.
