Recieved TCS offer need help on service overlap 1 week
I have received TCS offer and i have 1 weeks service history overlap on pf history. Did anyone joined TCS with service overlap issue? Will TCS consider if genuine reason or revokes offer?

It will create a problem in BGC. If the requirement is very urgent they might onboard you but later you might be asked to resign. The same thing has happened post Covid. They hired many and later asked some to resign after 6-12 months citing BGC. Inform this to HR before you join and get email confirmation if they say they are okay with service overlap.
Hi @CurvyInfant0 can you help me with this, I cleared interview with tcs, submitted docs in ibegin portal, but my company 2 has issued me offer letter on 1st march where company 1's relieving was mentioned as 3 march, i have shared relevant statements as tcs hr asked, also company 2 intially didnt have pf in place they have introduced from june.
Will these 3 days overlap due to hr mistake cause me a problem getting tcs offer?

Take confirmation that the hr has been notified about the overlap and agreed to release offer letter. Tcs is very strict about it. My ex colleague got terminated for 4 days

Don't do it with overlap. You will be fired within one day, have seen many such cases
Mat join karo TCS.... it's crap now....

It will be an issue. They onboard you initially but later would terminate or make you self resign
