Few weeks watched a reel from a famous influencer about this app where he shared the benefits one can gain from it and i did download the app and tried to open it and yet the app didn’t open even after my multiple tries so I uninstalled the app.
Today, i did try to install it once again as i had to do my mobile phone recharge. I added the money to the wallet (3k) and then went on to do the recharge. My recharge wasn’t successful and yet the money got deducted from the wallet. I have lost my 3k.
I did complain about it and still there is no response from their end. I even tried to call the helpline number and yet no response.
Can anyone help me what to do now in such cases? Can i get my hard earned money back?
Please share your knowledge and help me with it.
I have lately realised that many people have fallen for this scam and have lost their money.
I don’t know how come PlayStore still allow such apps to run such scams.
Two things to do -
I have also found that the Finance Influencer have also deleted the reel after it being a viral. When i first tried to download it there were 10k+ downloads and today it has more than 1L+ downloads.
And now the review section states all the scams like reviews.
It shows how injustice has been done to all us by such promotions from well known influencers.
Influencers must look after the company before promoting such apps as they influences many people with their fan base.
Proper laws must be introduced in near future so every influencer be cautious enough before promoting scams.
And today when i tried to look at the reel of the famous influencer, i found that he have deleted it.
