which teams were laid off?
what was the criteria for layoff?
what has your manager briefed you about the future and about the layoffs.
did the company has past history of layoffs.
what's your compa ratio? Is it way above standards
what's the chances that your will get a job within 1-3 months outside.
have you got your emergency funds ready.
