As per bridge guidelines,you should take one year of RM ,if you are in bridge and you get promotion, your role change will be stopped as it is before the start of DSe your bridge schedule has been dropped.

Depends on what is the pay in both the roles.

DSE is best. But you need to clear certifications in 3 months and wait 3 more months to see the new salary in your account
