If you're asking about Wings, I believe you won't be able to give the May cycle, you'll probably be eligible for the Nov 25 cycle. We have Annual Hike, and Project End hike.

Annual Appraisal is done at the end of the financial year, when you are continuing in the same project. Happens in Feb-Mar. As the name suggests, Project End is initiated when the project ends or the employee is released from the project in the middle of the year. This is done so that the managers can add their comments and it can be used as a reference for the next manager who will do the annual appraisal.
