How much time it will take to get the project for lateral joiners.Anyone on the bench from past 2 months?

It depends on the requirements, I joined as a lateral 5 months back,still on bench.

Did u completed probation or it got extended ? Any problems did you faced from HRs/TPD managers while on bench?

No I haven't faced any issues. Probation evaluation will be post 6 months

It’s based on your unit and your profile you got hired. I have seen many people who get into the project within a week of joining and some of are waiting more than 3-4 months. Please discuss with your unit HR regarding this.
