Trending @Cognizant; Recently joined cognizant as a GenC - PAT , what are the things I need to take care of

Work on yourself and switch to any product based company in 1 year or max 1.5 years. Do DSA , Cloud Certification, Utilise Udemy Course and just work on yourself. It's a pit staying in this company, the more you stay the deeper you are buried.
In whatever project you are, try learning the methodology not the technology or skills of that particular project. Believe me it's the best advice you can get from someone who has been part of this pathetic graveyard CTS.
