Trending @Accenture; Recently I have received pip. what will be the next steps required and whether it will affect if we will leave project or company

PIP simply means that your team wants you to leave as they don't see value output. I see very less colleagues coming out of PIP. Don't want to disappoint you but find other job asap.

If you will leave company...then it has no impact.

It will impact your next hike and bonus. In pip for 1 year your growth will be stuck . I got this info from PL
