If you are eligible, consider applying for an IJP (Internal Job Posting). Inform your People Lead that you’re exploring opportunities to support your well-being and ask if there are any internal positions in other projects that could be a good fit. If no suitable roles are available, they can move you to the redeployment or growth pool, where you will have 45 days to secure interviews for other projects. If a placement is not found within that time, your exit will be voluntary.
