Trending @HCL; Recently got the compensation letter. My designation has been promoted from Technical Lead to Associate Manager

I received a 5% salary hike. I have 2+ years of experience . This is my first company, I joined HCL from campus placement.

I am planning to switch jobs soon, but I am concerned that my rapid promotion might raise questions. What can I do to handle this effectively?

I am totally confused what is going on here

Yes, looks like STMT, one more thing has happened recently..they are promoting all STMTs regardless of performance.. Leadership gap towards top is very huge

You can still switch job. You just need to get explain that you are just doing development task only. Role is just in papers.

I am not getting why they are promoting someone to associate manager with such a low exp. FYI after the increment my salary is 10.5 lpa.
