Don't go for remote jobs as of now. We are in a different job market. Look for hybrid startup. Atleast..

I am currently interviewing at some companies I have just a little less than 2 yrs experience and they are kinda agreeing to give a 23ish base so I guess yours is decent only. But many people here would be at 30 by 3 years (my guess)

I have seen lots of enhineers having < 4-5 years experience.. With high salary. After pist pandemic.. But only 1or 2% will make it to tech leadership roles .. Where They are lagging:

Going after coding skills.. Don't be only executors..
Technical leadership skills Critical thinking How you have solved problems with buissbess use case..
Mentoring team mates.
Impact one should make.. justifying your pay at the current level gets difficult

Check yourselves how many of Principal engineer / Staff engineers / Architect opening gets filled up by external hiring..
