Hello, i was recently asked to resign from my job with no notice period. What should i be saying and explain this in my interviews?

Even when all letters etc show resignation from my end? There's no mention of they asking to resign.

You can tell the interviewer that you were laid off. They wouldn’t doubt that you were fired because you have the proof (resignation email). And any recruiter would know that if you resigned without any notice period, then you were laid off.
