If you are not allocated within 35 days, surely you will get hr discussion.

They give 2 options, resign today we will give you 3 months salary or within a week you should get Onboarding into any project. If not you will get terminated. If you want to resign after one week you won’t get a 3 month salary.

Get into assigning any project because September 1 initiates the salary appraisal before that they terminate as much as associates.

I heard the main target is bench warmers and lateral hires after 2020 who got an inflated package.

Yes you are right this is official , their main target is PPL on the bench for more time, who.got more packages & hired during COVID phases.

Take 3 months salary and search for another job, I bet you TCS has no future , it will definitely shut down there business. The way they are treating their employees is such a bullshit. From my personal experience, they don’t even have a proper projects, you are gonna waste your time here, just ups-kill yourself, think for better stability.

Not even if you are selected or not, they need onboarding mail.

Resign de ke 3 months ki salary le lo or nikal jao bhai 1 week me kuch nahi hoga or 3 months ki salary bhi jayegi, atleast 3 months ki salary milegi to thoda support rahega or dusri job 1-2 months me mil jayegi. Ese bhi no job security in TCS now.
