Change that project, Change that job,
Change that group, Change that relationship..

Be strong and prepared enough to walk away.

Happened with me in Accenture. Initially tried to change the project which didn't happen so left that company after 3 months of joining. The team made me feel like I am a failure for not able to handle the work pressure but I knew too well how they play this game. Now, I am taking a break for a while and focusing on my health.

This is why I always suggest prioritizing work-life balance over money.

Treat work like work.

Unless labour laws are put in place in India, this will keep on happening.
