Received RTO non compliant emails from HRBP
Received such emails today, 1 for each week starting from 1st July. I have been going to the office everyday, but not for 9 hrs. I stayed for a few hrs and came back. I have been practicing this for a long time, and the WFO index in the 2office app for apr-jun is 100%. So I guess from July onwards they are now calculating hours in office. So from now onwards, RTO compliance would mean 5 days x 9hrs.
Anyone else received such emails?
I am also not completing 9 hrs in Office only about 7 hours daily. Haven’t received any mail.
Sorry I don't feel comfortable sharing email snapshot here, but I received 3 emails, for the first 3 weeks of July 2024. No specific names (mail starts as Dear associate) and all of the recipients are in bcc, so I guess more people have received it as well.
