Received poor performance bonus & increment
Hi. I got a performance bonus of 30 K only whereas the company had promised to give 1 Lac . I have also received a poor increment of only 6%. Why is it so in such a big company?

They never promised. It's like Cred cashbacks upto 100 and then you get Rs 2 Indian companies have bad increments to be honest, those who aren't bad shut down two years later
