Received offer from IBM..

Last month I had an interview completed and the salary discussion was not successful and I didn't agree to the offered CTC. After that I didn't get any updates from the HR team. Yesterday nearly after the month they released the offer with the same CTC which I didn't agree with .

My current CTC 13.85 Offered CTC 15.69

I already have an offer with another company for 22 but I'm not going to join there due location issue.

Any advice?
