Received offer from 5paisa

Hi everyone, I have received an offer from 5paisa(24+variable,2yr exp) paisa as a Software dev, Location is hsr banglore I was going through the company reviews in Google but was able to see very few reviews for the software role, anyone who knows about how the work culture in the company could kindly shed some light It would be great if u address the below things 1)is lunch provided by the company 2)events that took place ex:christmas,diwali,team outings(if any) 3)how are promotions and hikes handled
