Trending @Infosys; Received NI ratings from UP
I got UP ratings by my manager bcs of partiality or he was not aware how I work, it’s been 2 years in this organisation, I never spoke with my manager until this issue happened, this could be the issue, while providing the ratings he didn’t even checked with my TL,
Later I went legally, n raised my concerns and APPEAL against my manager, we had call twice with all panels, my manager had no proof to defend against me, he was keep on mentioning one escalation,
I had all proof what I did good things in project, at the end Client feedback is considered, My client is very happy on my work, n received many appreciation,
After seeing this all my manager got to know how I played in this project n how important is my presence in the project,
HEAR team n HR pushed me to NI from UP now, I still not satisfied with it,
Now it’s been 3 months, every month m sending my work details progression to manager n appreciation mails I received from client, even I involved in one major technical issue I helped them in time. N for that my manager sent mail to me as thanks for saving Infosys name n all.
Now my question is. Ll I also get call from HR n ask me to get out?
Bro if you know who is doing partiality with you, just note down the car number ... Prepare for the next company after that you can damage his or her car ...

I don't want to console you brother, it's all a part of dirty corporate politics, stay strong and no rating will decide your future, start looking out for opportunities and get out of this shit hole as soon as possible
I told my manager. If u want me to leave the company, I can leave the company but not with bad name, if in case again they asked me to go out then I ll go again legally from the real Court..
That ratings made my entire career in stake. I m really disappointed. Even after putting efforts with no rest.
