Trending @Accenture; Received less variable pay

I am ASE with 1 year and 10 month experience. Current base pay as 4.25 lpa. My lead informed me that I will be receiving 8.5% VP I was like okk, but when I checked on the reward tool the amount is less than what usually we get, it was 14920 rs, and my some of freinds who are in other project/market they got upto 19k. Everyone who is an ase got this much only or even less than 14k. What's the reason for this difference?
