I received TL ijp selected email on 24th sept. When can I except letter

What is the date of reporting?

Even I want to apply for ijp but whenever I open the portal I never see more than 2 jobs which are based upon my skills but not that expected role which I'm looking for actually. Can someone pls guide me what steps I have to follow if I want to apply for my desired ijp jobs

If your date is 2nd dec then you will be getting the role change letter by last week of Dec and new salary structure will be changed in dec salary.

There will not be much change in salary in hand as your variable pay will be increased from 10 to 15% and also EPF and performance bonus

Try to get new salary breakup also. They will increase the amount in Variable Pay, performance bonus , EPF. Your in-hand salary may not increase that much as shown in increase percentage
