Trending @Accenture; Received Hard Lock on Bench Without Any Interview
I have received the hard lock confirmation and DU change email from the Roche client, but no one has contacted me for a one-pager or an interview. I also pinged the TFS HR, but he hasn’t responded.
I don’t know the job description or any details about the project or my role.
What should I do now?
Set a meeting with the person name you got in hard lock mail.
Get the details out before the hard lock date.
If the project is not with your skills, it is better to express and explain to more people.
Because after that, it is difficult to gather out voice
I received msg from TFS HR person - “u will roll off again, do u want to opt for aem training”
Is aem training is good for future?

I guess it might be auto hard lock so that's the reason I haven't recieved any interview or any futher intimation
