Received grade c1 offer

Hi all, recently received an offer from TCS and I found out that I was given grade C1 system engineer role despite having 3.2 years of experience. so should I consider this offer or reject it??? Currently Infosys my designation is associate consultant

Ask for C2 minimum if you join as C1 which is lowest level after fresher you will remain at same level for 2 years . No promotion for first 2 years
