Hi I’m from STG unit and I also have been put on PIP since I got the NI rating. Till now nothing has been communicated to me and according to my mentor I will be placed in 30 days PIP. Wanted to know if the certification I will have to take it from office or I can take it from anywhere

You will have 60 days PIP, mentor will assign you the goals and certifications. There will be a discussion on that before your PIP will start. You can give the certifications from anywhere
