Received an offer from Groww, should I join?

Received a PM1 offer from Groww.

Wanted to understand from people who’ve worked at Groww/ people who know someone who’s worked at Groww about the work culture, company prospects, what compensation should I negotiate for and alignment in terms with opportunities for a Product Manager.

Also what should be the compensation that I should be targeting?
