Trending @Infosys; Received Accenture Offer
Hi all, I have been working at Infosys for the past 3 years as a Test Analyst(JL4) with overall 5 years of experience and 0 hikes till now. Initially joined as JL3 and have been promoted to JL4 is the only growth I had but that too with no hike. My Current CTC: 5LPA including 50K variable.
Got an offer from Accenture for Software Development Engineer level-10 and the CTC they're offering is around 8.5 LPA including 1.5LPA variable.
I'm very skeptical about this... Any insights are welcomed.
can you be more specific about what makes you sceptical?
@TonySatark I expected around 9.5 to 10 LPA, but it's only 8.5 including variable. Since the variable pay is 21℅ it's reducing my monthly take home as well. Should I ask HR to re consider or talk to my infosys manager about this for hike?
You can search for some counter offer.
I will say take it and resign from here. You will get more offers in your notice period hopefully. Also hikes in Accenture are way better than Infosys
I would say put down paper work hard give all interview even u don’t want to join to be familiar with interview questions then maybe you will get better offer with better package .. i am also doing same , by god grace I received some offer latter.one of my friend also got same type .. so think on and do accordingly

Received this offer. And after that I HR stopped responding absolutely. I contacted the support team, they said BG verification is going on since 15days.
Basically don't depend on this offer, these guyz can ghost even after giving an offer
