Received a TCS offer on the 29th. However, the TCS HR is not considering my current organization's recent salary hike in their offer.

I've received a TCS offer with a 33% hike based on my previous salary. However, my current organization recently gave me a 6.3% hike after no increments for 3 years. TCS isn't considering this recent hike in their offer. Any suggestions?

May u know the reason please, because I head TCS is having good culture and very friendly environment, I know hikes are difficult. I am okay with that.
