Trending @HCL; Reason for unchanged compensation letter??

Compensation letter is like Google rewards. And most of us will get “better luck next time”

Received unchanged appraisal. RM had no reasons to provide. Has many of us received 0 percent increase this year?

The reason is you are in HCLTech, that's it!!

To increase profitability and reward shareholders.
The only thing is that this company is good at Job security. They will not fire employees even if you are doing less work.
Side income is very important at HCL, only job will not suffice
