"I joined Infosys eight months ago as a Technology Lead in Network Support. However, I still have not been granted write access. I have requested access multiple times from my manager and team lead, but they keep postponing it, saying they will provide it later.
Despite this, whenever a change activity occurs, they involve me in the support process and expect me to handle it, which I have been doing without hesitation. However, I am not getting clear communication regarding when I will receive the necessary access.
What makes it more frustrating is that they are granting access to new joiners and freshers, while I am still waiting. This situation makes me feel guilty and unappreciated.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue?"
