Really demotivated

Hey guys

I have 4 years of experience earning almost 4 LPA(I know) was working as server management of windows servers, then suddenly the project is gone and now I’m a Google workspace chat support.

Really confused in life, cannot put papers and search for job as too many family responsibilities.

Not sure what to do now, not getting calls for interview even if I get one, they are gone after listening the 90 days np.

Really demotivated in life, I see my friends buying bikes and cars earning good salary, same age friends,

Any suggestions on what should I do next? Which skill should I learn(non coding) Really really confused and scared…
