Reality of TCSers- Low hike/No hike

Stop giving onsite roles based on politics, bureaucracy, regionalism, linguistic bias/preference...

This is the only company where your salary can be decreased....

Quality of TCS has reduced over the years. In today's world there is a lot of transparency and a poor nature of tcs quality can be easily compared to competitors.

Seems outside tcs, the tcsers have more value than within. Also other companies are run professionally rather than based on lame ideas of incompetent managers here. Others have more projects as even businesses are losing faith in tcs.
