What are the pros and cons of Near-Shore onsite? Is it wise to accept it ?

Pros you get exposure to a different country. Cons the money that you will be able to save from near shore, you can save an equivalent or more if you switch to a different company here .

It depends on you grade, for c2 you can save 1L per month

I can tell for Uruguay as I got details from my fellow people at nearshore. You will get 65k as uruguay allowance plus indian salary converted to uruguay. Nearly 25 k peso will be spent on accommodation in 3 sharing room , food n others if you go as bachelor .
