Reality check - Am I Any Good?

Hi, Im currently working as a software enginner, test (QA Automation Engineer). Here are my skill set:

1. Web automation
2. Mobile automation
3. API Automation
4. Can create frameworks from scratch for all three platforms with best in class tools like playwright, wdio, cypress, appium, selenium and can do that both in java and in typescript
5. Can create AI solution for routine QA tasks or automating QA work - Ive developed internal tools to help create test scenarios automatically from an app and create automation tests from them
6. Can use LLM’s to help accelerate my productivity over 50%-60% compared to any other resource.
7. Can create advanced tooling features like making MCP’s to make internal toolings user friendly for everyone in team.
8. Knows completely about STLC and can work towards a shift left approach directly interacting with designers and devs to help find issues from the designing of a feature.
9. Can handle all CI/CD pipeline

I currently have 4 years of experience into automation, Despite having the knowledge and skills Im wondering why I cant find a job in big product companies. I currently work in a small company with decent salary but I want to want to settle in to a company that appreciates what I do gives me a competitive team and a worthy compensation. My current work feels like im just doing it surviving in a jungle where people gets impressed by very little things that I dont advance further. So All I want to know is Am I really Good enough to be in big companies like MANG or any good product companies. If I’m I want to know a different perspective on what I might be lacking.
