Realistic timeline to learn to code

I have college level coding experience and regularly use beginner to intermediate level SQL for reporting purposes in my current job. What is a realistic timeline to learn enough coding to be able to get into a dev role. Say I can spend 10 hours a week to learn, would be great if you can suggest resources too in India, I’m looking for boot camps or online programs.

I would suggest taking 9-12 months to learn the tech stack in depth if you are starting with a new tech stack. Apart from this you also need to cover code quality, DSA and system design.

Learning fast in few months might affect learning core concepts and developing some great projects by yourself which solidifies your learning.
