Realistic raise expectations?

Hi, To give a background Im a 23 yr old who works in a MNC as a fresher data analyst from 8 months and does mostly automation and creating dashboards in python and power bi mostly. I'm getting good recognition inside my department as well as other departments. Projects from other departments are coming to me as well. So about the salary part, it is around 5Lpa. What salary expectations should I have now? or how much % should I ask for a raise?
