🎧: A close friend worked here and it’s a burnout factory for morons. The hustle culture is unreal employees are expected to work overtime almost daily with no extra compensation. What’s worse? There’s a "no excuses policy" for sick days. If you fall ill, you're either expected to log in from home or risk getting sidelined for promotions. Makes sense why the turnover rate is so high. And the cherry on top? Annual appraisals are a joke, with only a select few getting anything remotely worth the effort.

💍: The company projects itself as a family-friendly workplace, but from what I have researched it is not true. Their HR practices are questionable, to say the least. Maternity leaves are genuinely frowned upon and in a few cases, women were asked to resign quietly. Seniority doesn’t matter here unless you’re in the “inner circle.” Promotions seem heavily biased. Don't join if you are early career.,

🛒: Heard stories about his management style, and it’s like 70 IQ Steve Jobs. Zero technical knowledge but insists on micromanaging everything. Apparently, he once held up a release because he didn’t like the font on the website footer. He also has a reputation for being passive aggressive with employees who set boundaries. My friend who worked here also told me that they were forced to attend office parties and late night hangouts. If you declined then you're perf review was tanked.

The toxicity got so bad that they had to resign: mental health > paycheck

🛏️: Oh, where do I begin? 🤣 This company is a cult. Unrealistic expectations, overnight shifts, and no regard for personal time at all. Seems like the founder learnt a thing or two with his time spent on fundraising against a legendary Japanese Capitalist.

Heard a joke that even if you’re on your deathbed, you’ll be expected to send your daily update. The founder is known for sudden mood swings and extreme favoritism. If you’re not a "yes man," good luck surviving.

👓: On the surface, it’s all about “vision". But I don't think it is. I have heard that the leadership team often gives contradictory directions, which means what you work on is suddenly not required and you can only think can't they plan shit properly? Know a designer friend who mentioned that despite being a senior exec, they were told to personally assist with shitty tasks because “team spirit matters.”

If you’re not a fan of unnecessary meetings that last for hours, this is not the place for you: overheard from the founder's sycophant.

💊: One word: chaotic. The internal dynamics of this company are a mess. Most senior members don’t get along with this "installed by papa" leader, leading to constant blame games.

They are also known to be extremely fake and narc in front of the cameras but was exposed by their own son on social media so there is massive truth to it. Later, they ascribed it to a maod getting access to their phone lol.
