Real impact of AI on IT jobs

Hello guys, we are hearing a lot of people talking about the advancement of AI and AGI in terms of architecting end to end design, coding etc. on top of this AI agents from Anthropic are equipped to provide contextual inputs along with handling tasks.

I am in the IT field and I am yet to see real world impact in coding, designing, day to day support monitoring and decision making. Can any one working on AI products/agents share more inputs on the real advancements and outcome in the AI and agentive AI space. Which jobs are really at risk and which claims are mostly in air and without substance.

I am still not encountering AI helping business in my line of day to day work so I'm curious.
