A khata and B khata properties are there.

A-khata properties are the properties for which development charges are paid and accepted by BBMP for regularization which is equivalent to converted land for residential purpose.

B-khata is whichever land not under A-khata.

E-khata is obtaining computerized khata papers from the concerned authority.
