I need some help and suggestions plzz !!
Im locked into a project on december 2024 and till date i was getting KTs that too very less and limited to non prod tasks. But i dont have any work to do till date i dont feel growing here.
Can anyone suggest what to do in this case.
Well im an ASE. And my proj deals with some database access and all.

I am happy that I see fellow devs who are dying to see the prod code than just being "atleast I'm getting salary"
Its good that we realised that we are already fucked and struck with this totally bullshit company full of slaves.
Grind DSA and development. Make projects.. Build real stuff.. And get the fuck out of this company as soon as possible. It's always great to put blood into work even for 20k than being stuck with the same 28k for years.
