Trending @Capgemini; Read if you freshers in CG -
BOTP(Back on track process ) is a new sugar coated way to tell you to resign. It's for two months and they'll give you plenty of courses and tasks which can't be completed and they'll also provide you with the hardest interviews you can't crack . At the beginning of every month they'll put approx 30 people from the bench to BOTP, and tell them to resign after 2 months with 15 days of releasing period. So once you get mail for BOTP , your countdown has started for 75 days in CG and there is no option for resignation at that moment. It's like every day one employee is getting fired from Capgemini. So I'll suggest if you are on the bench for more than a year , this is the right time to resign so you'll get 90 days of notice period in which you can prepare for other companies. BOTP is happening with yps with 1 year on bench and eventually criteria will be decreasing such as 9 months on bench , 6 months on bench and so on... And will cover all bench yps . There is no future for freshers in CG because it was always " Get the future they want " . Best of luck for your future hope you'll find your way out.

What about who is on billing? I am in a billing project and BOTP is assigned to me as well

No it's not true clear the botp and apply for ijp

Capgemini is lacking in the projects. So they are finding new ways to fire employees. I have talked to several managers about the project requirements but what I got is sorry! There are no requirements or else they want only experienced people.

Every BU , mine is Europe

Which bu?

Which BU

Its better to resign and search for opportunities in start ups and smaller companies, if not MNC, than not having any job at all... Let us all resign and show them the power of Freshers

Both will always end negative
