React js developer looking for switching a company

I have almost 3yrs of experience in react js developer and i build dashboards and analysis for IOT devices and currently getting 5.7 lpa. Now iam planning to switch company don't know what to next. Feel stuck in some where, suggest me what I can do before dropping a paper in company and also if I need to upskill what I can do?
