If someone withdraws their resignation one day before LWD then they allocate in the same project or are aligned on Banch ?? anyone confirm please
But why withdraw Resignation..? If that project needs you they will give allocation.
Suppose,If you are already given a resignation then you want to withdraw then what will be the procedure they will allocate you in the same project or in someone else ??
That depends for that project you already served almost 90 days and you have given KT then there will be less chances for same project. Anyway it depends on your manager.
dont try to trick tcs managers ...they are not dumb assess... they are very thick skinned, merciless, and self centered... if you withdraw your current project will have the first option to give allocation.
I have seen many ppl who resigned ycs to get project release, and yet the project did not release them even know the LWD.
Managers are not made of blood and flesh... they have material from extra terrestrial bodies ... so emotional, sympathy, etc etc does not exist here.
Look for a job, For immediate joiners, Lots of companies will hire
Just discuss with your manager before taking back the resignation. If he/she is okay to allocate in same project or not
