Hi All, Last year 2023 I got an offer at TCS with 8 lpa...but since the ctc split up was not right the in-hand was very low so i rejected the offer.
I am getting some vacancies in TCS again but in the career portal still the offer details are there. How long will it be blocked , if possible whom to reach to get it cleared in the carrer portal. Would require your inputs

Usually it takes 1 year but if someone can refer you internally then from HR side your profile can be deleted and you can reapply

What's in hand in 8 lpa? They are also offering me 8 lpa which is a low salary.
