Re-Fitment after LWP for master’s /post graduation

Hello , is any one have recently join back TCS after LWP for higher education and got Re-Fitment , please reply as I have rejoined the TCS in September and got allocated into project which was a new project in initial phase , I have asked my project manager for re-fitment and he initiated to HR but HR mentioned on mail that Education Refitment is currently on Hold until further notice . Please guys any one who re-join tcs after LWP and got Re-fitment done let me know so I can asked the HR again.
