Do we promot from 5A to 5B or 5B to 5A

Or their is any chance to move from 5B to 6A

Promotions typically go from 5B to 5A, not the other way around. Moving from 5B to 6A is possible but depends on performance and managerial approval. Check with HR for specifics.
