I have an offer in hand for Senior Data Analyst from BlinkIt (CTC-30 LPA).

Do you guys believe that Razorpay can match or better that offer?

Also, how is work culture of Razorpay for growth vs BlinkIt?

Also @ExperiencedWorkout07 Lowballing is too much these days at Razorpay . Growth is somewhat average with lot of mundane work done.

I would suggest you to go with lesser problematic company.

Bud let me tell you, Razorpay Analytics is pure crap culture wise and very high attrition. Heard that there is a frequent pip policy there.
