Don’t join. I was working in a POD, it got shutdown, I was laid off and then the POD started again in just 4 months.

Clueless leadership, 10+ product leaders left in 6 months, hire and fire culture

Leadership definitely has no direction, one day you're aiming for one thing, another day different thing. Feel like there's no long term strategy other than eventual IPO.

Horrifying have personally worked with them not directly in org though but they keep circulating PMs there randomly, there is no vision its more of a maintainence and politics play role, and the only good part about it is the office location in koramangala that is all! Toxic af stay away!
