Razorpay: Not a company of Culture

I've had a deeply disappointing experience with Razorpay's Business Engineering team. The internal politics and toxic work environment, particularly driven by the VP of Business Engineering, have created a very unhealthy culture. Instead of fostering collaboration and innovation, the leadership has cultivated a space where favoritism and backstabbing thrive. This has severely impacted team morale and productivity. It's incredibly frustrating to see potential stifled by such poor management practices. I hope they take serious steps to address these issues and improve the work environment for their employees.
