Razorpay culture ?

I don’t know if it’s a pattern, but firms founded by IITs / techies have much aweful culture in India. Meesho, Razorpay, OLA. May be it’s the lack of empathy, competitiveness, leadership. Competitiveness helps them get notices initially but when the crisis strikes - the house collapses
IIM / ISBs have more grounded founders such as Ofbusiness, Nykaa, Urban Company, etc.

Its very bad.

Heard really bad things lately. Lot of really good leaders have left.

From what I've heard it's very team / team lead dependent. Have some friends who love the culture and have a great work life balance but also have 1-2 who are stuck with not a very great manager
